From Toms River to Pine Beach—A Family Legacy
Academy Vision was founded in 1984 by Dr. Robert Ullman, who built the practice with a simple goal: to take care of people the right way. What started in Toms River grew into something more when his son, Dr. Marc Ullman, joined the field after graduating from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in 1998.
Not long after, Dr. Ullman moved to their current location in Pine Beach, just a few miles down the road, continuing the family tradition of providing trusted, local eye care. Over the years, that commitment has stayed the same: treat patients like people, not appointments.
